Our Blue Stripe Lobster tablecloth is hand block printed on soft 100% cotton in the historic Sanganer district of Jaipur, where generations of master printers continue this traditional craft. The lobster motif was drawn by artist Cate Wise exclusively for Cosy Buddha, adding a playful note to this classic striped design. Each cloth is printed by hand using intricately carved wooden blocks and naturally derived pigments. The process is slow and precise, with each colour applied separately by hand. Subtle variations in the print are part of the charm and a reminder of the skilled hands behind every piece.
